999 Love to cook for you

Karine - thanks so much for all that typing you did. I certainly will try some of the recipes out. I tried putting a recipe in at the ezine group page and it came out in on big long string, going for 2 miles across the screen so I am glad you just typed yours onto a message for me!

Wenda - I would love to cook for you but the food might be a little iffy, coming all the way from Australia. But why don't you hop on one of your planes each week and fly out and pick up your food parcel that I would lovingly bake for you?

Nancy-Lou - you and I are sure walking the same path at present and I sympathise greatly with you. I have been binging on sugary foods these last few days and as I tried to do some typing yesterday I was spelling words with the letters all reversed and yet I am a good speller. I have Elizabeth's tape all ready to listen to on my bedside table but I keep ignoring it because I know it means I will have to be responsible for my actions again. It is just that for me the high you get when you ingest sugar is so wonderful for a little while but then you keep wanting more and more. Anyway, I am encouraged each time I read about the feats of bravery from the sugar buster warriors of the group.
